About the Event
We’ve created Serenity as a vehicle to not only educate and promote wellness to those currently engaged in the experiential movement; but also to draw in veterans, homeless, and the less fortunate in an effort to assist those folks who see wellness more as a luxury than necessary maintenance.
Veterans and homeless will be provided free entry and 10% of ALL donations will be split evenly between California Partnership to End Domestic Violence and The Courage Foundation..
Upon entry, guests will be greeted with 'mocktails' or a glass of champagne.
VIP ticket holders will have a gift bag to go home with filled with over $200 worth of products provided by our sponsors and also the option of skipping the signup sheet for a prioritized massage from Aaron Ramirez (Bodywork by Aaron), a haircut from Kitty Toomey, or any of our other licensed technicians on site.
After checking-in, the hosts will ask guests where they’d like to begin their journey: With “mind”, “body”, or “hair”. The venue will be separated into 3 sections mirroring the pillars. Should they not want to engage in any of the options, we'll have plenty of vendors and operators to sample food and wellness products from and/or network with local business owners.
Each section will have brand sponsor partner installations representing each lane. We’ll have live music performances and several sponsor brand activations ranging from fitness, clothing, natural energies, hair, emerging mainstream electronics and other wellness products.
All wellness activities can be reserved on a digital signup sheet ahead of time OR first-come/serve basis on site.
Attendees will have a chance to see the scheduling of events first before committing to a certain time of the day for their session.
Guests will be encouraged to interact with the brand ambassadors, sample products, and learn a bit about what makes each company special.
Gourmet bites and a 'mimosa' bar will be provided for guests to enjoy inside; we'll have food vendors available for plates and meals outside.
Coverage will be provided at the event courtesy of invited media outlets, notable talent in attendance and live social media postings across all channels as well.
Attendees will range in age from 21-75 (ALL IDs Checked) and it’ll be heavy with wellness experts, fitness gurus, business executives, entertainers, and influencers.
