About the Role
The Inside Sales Rep position is a vital part of the sales revenue team. Sales Coordinators are in charge of achieving sales goals and maintaining positive customer relations. They help customers by making their needs known while at the same time working hard to achieve company objectives through managing processes that bring new business into the organization or increase existing revenue streams: samples, RFQs, invoice/sales order, POs, and domestic/international project management. They also input data from incoming sales, train new sales representatives, ensure sales orders are delivered in a timely manner to customers, and evaluate the performance of the department. They are to ensure that all databases are updated and current with the most up to date information. Deadlines are not taken lightly in this role, projects are time sensitive and urgent and require a high attention to detail.
Inside Sales Rep responsibilities include:
Coordinating the sales team by managing important accounts and projects, filing important documents and communicating relevant information to key stakeholders
Ensuring that project timelines are met and that each step is handled with care
Invoice and Sales Order Creation
Pre-production Sampling (Also called Sample Proofs)
Issuing of Purchase Order w/ correct SKUs
Production & Production Samples
Referencing back to the “Ispire Order Status 2022” sheet to communicate, update and manage client expectations
Ensuring Sales Orders are added correctly to our Order Management System (OMS)
Communicating with client regarding last mile logistics and providing tracking
Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
Effectively communicate with the rest of the team to find solutions to problems, work as a unit with the rest of the team
Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
Ensure adherence to laws and policies
Inside sales rep generates RFQ/invoice, receives customer approval, collects all artwork and assets, and creates ClickUp tasks.
Inside sales rep works with accounting on collecting deposits and outstanding payments.
