We are seeking a Regional Lifestyle Marketing to join our Marketing team to play a critical role in establishing deep connections with the communities and with our highly engaged fans. With a strong understanding of brand building and effective marketing communications, the Regional Lifestyle Marketing Manager will combine best-in-class expertise across entertainment, sports and culture and create industry-changing work for our business.


What We’re Looking For in a Candidate:

  • Lifestyle and events marketing management experience in entertainment, art, sports, hype, fashion, tech & cause

  • A passion for pop-culture and its infusion into the consumer brand ecosphere

  • A rolodex of contacts in a broad range of industries and brands

  • In-depth experience in event production and management

What You’ll Do:

  • Work alongside the founders, CEO, CMO and Directors to develop and drive WCC’s Northern California Lifestyle strategies for WCC, drive the execution, and oversee the day-to-day local management of every assignment.

  • Elevate WCC’s brand, awareness and consumer consideration through mixed lifestyle focused partnerships & programs

  • Procure, develop and activate 360-degree programs that effectively meet WCC’s marketing strategy: Live Entertainment, Lifestyle, Experiential, Content Creators

  • Cultivate and manage local WCC’s Influencer/Tastemaker programs for brand utilization

  • External unsolicited partnership opportunity assessment, negotiations and execution

  • Research and monitor local emerging lifestyle opportunities

  • Drive WCC’s collaborative partnership programs with in the Fashion, Cause and Creative worlds

  • Provide Lifestyle Focused Brand Management Oversight for the Northern California market

  • Brainstorming and implementing event plans and concepts.

  • Manager all aspects of event production including: agreement negotiation and execution, planning and project management, budgeting and invoicing, vendor negotiation and management, risk assessment, logistics (permitting, shipping, ROS, load-in/out, set-up/strike-down, merchandising, staff management), pre and post event reporting.


  • A minimum of 5 years of experience relevant to the role and industry with strong work examples and references demonstrating ability to maintain positive relationships, deliver strategic counsel and successfully troubleshoot external and internal issues.

  • Strong collaborator and mentor with the ability to bring out the best in cross-functional teams to produce great work for the business

  • Exceptional people skills and high emotional intelligence for interacting with a diverse personality types from various background/industries

  • Superior written and verbal communications skills along with the proven ability to consistently make sound judgments and effectively motivate and manage teams

  • Exceptional multi-tasking skills with great attention to detail

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with people of diverse socioeconomic, cultural, disability, and ethnic backgrounds

  • High energy and entrepreneurial spirit
