The Higher Potential Scholarship just dropped and it’s stacked with over $25,000+ in cannabis industry opportunities, from exclusive mentorships and access
to free education, event passes, and a $1,420 grand prize. What makes this initiative different? It’s powered by a Coalition of over 20 cannabis brands, educators, and leaders who are each offering a unique award rooted in their expertise. Together, we’re creating real pathways into the industry for the next generation of talent.

The Canna Boss Babes have contributed opportunities for award winners to engage with CEO and host of The Canna Boss Babes, Ishqa Hillman, who through her extensive experience in the industry, will offer consulting services and mentorship to select applicants.

The Higher Potential Scholarship Coalition is a who’s who of cannabis culture. You’ve got:
DaySavers: $1,420 Grand Prize (cash) plus one additional opportunity scholarship;
Ganjier: Three (3) full scholarships to the Ganjier Product Specialist Certification Program;
SUNY Niagara: Ten (10) scholarships for cannabis courses and five (5) tickets to the SUNY Niagara Cannabis Conference;
Green CulturED: Five (5) Tuition-free seats per state, available in nearly 20 states, or a Workforce Development Program of your choice;
Connecticut Ombudsman: Offering Five (5) In-state mentorships & three (3) out-of-state mentorships;
Benzinga: Five (5) event passes to 2025–2026 Benzinga Cannabis Capital Conferences (21+);
Marijuana Venture: Passes to the Interchange, the industry’s No. 1 buy/sell event (21+), plus mentorships and media feature opportunities;
NECANN: Event passes to expos in New Jersey, New York, Boston, Maryland and Vermont (21+);
